"Come with Wholly Empty Hands" is a quote from "A Course in Miracles." So simple and yet knowing the quote is completely different than implementing this concept throughout our day.
Empty means, without preconceived meaning, without plans, strategies or defenses. Without the borders created from the past, rules of conduct or concepts of self. A tall order when we look more deeply.
Yet we only need to invite and be willing to join with Spirit, allow, release, let go and help arrives. To be willing to allow the thought that maybe we don't know, maybe we can see this differently, possibly we aren't right!
Through our allowing, emptying or getting out of our way, allows the Holy Spirit within us to guide us out of our darkness, pain, and conflict. We are led to the beauty of the unknown, a place beyond our conception. To the majesty of all knowing, pure love and union with all. A complete shift in understanding.
This majesty is not contained within the structure of the world our perception has created and as we allow ourselves to let Spirit in - to listen in the quiet - the door of Truth swings open!
